The structure of CAE's Centraide campaign was very impressive. Overall, 18 coordinators planned and organized the campaign with the support of 100 ambassadors. Management had a strong hand in the campaign and provided constant support. Partnership with the union was also exemplary, and employees were asked for donations based on their philanthropic interests.

The campaign's energy and visibility were enhanced through structured and punchy internal communications, about ten creative group activities, many new ambassadors, and an awareness approach that was tailored to each work sector. In 2017, there was a significant increase in the contribution of Leaders (donors $1,200 or more) thanks to many awareness efforts: a talk with a business personality, personalized emails, and matching donations through the Leadership Challenge Grant.

The excellence of this campaign reinforced exemplary employee collaboration and demonstrated how the company actively contributes to the community's well-being.

The Solidaires Mobilization is awarded to a company that has run an outstanding employee and/or Leadership campaign that is organized and structured and gets the entire organization involved in the Centraide cause.
