Mission
Promote community life by developing the social conscience and encouraging the individual and collective empowerment of young people and adults belonging to a cultural community of Saint-Michel, taking into account their needs, aspirations and resources.
Activities
Information and referral, housing information service, drop-in centre with early childhood stimulation, enhancement of the parental role, sports, cultural and educational activities (6-12 years and 13-17 years), continuing education (nutrition, computer, job readiness), workshops (sewing, drawing, painting, computer, languages, dance, theatre), volunteer involvement.
