The Centre social d\u2019aide aux immigrants (CSAI) has been helping newcomers make Greater Montreal their home since 1947. Lida Aghasi, the agency\u2019s executive director, immediately points out what the agency does best: \u201cThe CSAI\u2019s strength is its agility.\u201d Given the constantly evolving immigration experience, this adaptability is essential to meet the diverse needs of immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A promising partnership with Centraide<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since 1993, Centraide\u2019s support has let CSAI expand and launch additional projects to better serve immigrant communities in a partnership based on the shared values of solidarity, respect and inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite its agility, CSAI still faces a major challenge to make its services accessible to all immigrants. For Lida Aghasi, the dream of an inclusive future means breaking down barriers so that everyone, without exception, gets the support they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 75 years, CSAI is still a key stakeholder in building a community that lets everyone find their place. Thanks to the support of partners like Centraide and the determination of its teams, this agency continues to build a path to a future reality of inclusion for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
