Every day, Caroline and her team move mountains for the people they help.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to Caroline\u2019s drive and dedication, the Corporation L\u2019Espoir can socially integrate and include many people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since Caroline Langevin took over the reins of the Corporation L\u2019Espoir, the agency has lived up even more to its name of hope. Thanks to the drive and dedication of its executive director, the agency is able to socially integrate and include many people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caroline discovered her passion for community work at a very young age. At sixteen, she got involved at the Centre de loisirs Monseigneur-Pigeon, in Montreal\u2019s Sud-Ouest territory. Later, she spearheaded a home support and respite service for seniors in C\u00f4te-des-Neiges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After building strong experiences and a determination to pursue a career in the non-profit sector, Caroline has directed the Corporation L\u2019Espoir for seven years. This Centraide-supported agency offers adapted services to over 450 families on the Island of Montreal who live with someone who has an intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorder. Under her guidance, the agency has become a leader in providing quality assistance services to people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since arriving in her position, Caroline has set up different initiatives to improve services to members, raised the agency\u2019s profile across all platforms, and played a key role in organizing many successful fundraising events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, Caroline hasn\u2019t accomplished all this by herself. In good leader, she firmly believes in the strength of a dynamic team, and she definitely takes care of hers. As Executive Director of the agency, she has skillfully aligned everyone around a shared mission and vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her commitment and ability to bring people together make the Corporation L\u2019Espoir an agency that concretely improves living conditions for the families of people with disabilities.
