The goal is to strengthen skills, boost organizational practices, and support collective leadership all while continuously adapting to agencies\u2019 needs and realities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-little-title\">Bank of pro-bono coaching hours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to agreements with three partner organizations, community agencies can access pro-bono coaching that aligns with their current needs and priorities.
