second year a call for projects aimed at community organizations in its network that wish to develop mutualized projects.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mutualized projects provide a concrete opportunity to strengthen the impact of organizations, improve services offered to the community, and ultimately reinforce the social fabric.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" involve at least one organization funded by Centraide of Greater Montreal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be part of a community development approach or&nbsp;related to one of Centraide\u2019s areas of action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be at an early implementation stage: a collective process has already been initiated, common needs and objectives have been defined, and the partners know each other It often relies on consultation, mobilization, and co-creation.<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to generate a collective impact, for example by developing a new service, animating a neighborhood, or deploying a territorial strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Example:<\/strong> a project aimed at improving food security in a neighborhood, bringing together several community organizations, a coordination table, and citizens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The mutualization project<\/em><\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em>A mutualization project is based on pooling resources between two or more organizations.
