A professional and well organized campaign
The Jury was particularly impressed by:
- 25% year-over-year jump in donations at Accenture, the 95% rate of contribution by payroll deduction, and the constant growth shown by the campaign year after year.
- Regular fundraising activities, which were well-integrated into a professional, methodical campaign organized by an efficient committee of 15 employees.
- Personalized Leadership Giving campaign which resulted in the recruitment of 15 Leader Donors, an increase over the year before.
- Attention given to individual canvassing throughout the campaign.
- Efforts made to solicit employees who work outside the office.
- Strategies employed to encourage generosity among new employees, especially the suggested donations established for each position level, and the breakfast meeting with a Centraide supported agency to thank donors who had met the suggested goal.
