10 seniors learn how to communicate with their loved ones online during an 8-week intro-to-computers workshop.


10 loved ones of someone with a mental illness receive information and guidance over a 10-week period on how to support the person with the illness.


7 youth with an intellectual disability benefit from 4 adapted coaching sessions so that they can participate in a sports challenge.


95 young children from immigrant families participate in French language pre-reading activities with their mothers.

Break social isolation


Some population groups are more at risk of poverty and social exclusion than others and experience hardship because of family breakups, aging, functional limitations, mental health problems, difficult periods of change, or a recent immigration.

The goal?

In collaboration with our network of agencies, our goal is to make sure that everyone can fully participate and contribute in society, no matter what their age, sex, origin or abilities.
