What?

Match seniors who have a physical or intellectual disability, or mental health problems, with volunteers in order to improve their quality of life, break their isolation, build their self-reliance and facilitate their social integration.

How?

Pairing, training and supervision of volunteer godfathers/ godmothers, follow-up on the relationship, arts activities to promote social integration, security calls, continuing education, occasional short-term assistance (income tax, budget, divorce proceedings, psychosocial help), Good Food Box pick-up point.
