What?

Help the persons who are in difficulty (mainly persons who are unemployed, socially isolated, homeless or experiencing mental health problems) to get their bearings and break out of their isolation, by offering a listening ear and directing them to the resources most likely to be of assistance to them.

How?

Listening and referral, support group, coffee klatches, help for people with housing related problems (homeless individuals), housing bank, income tax clinic, psychosocial follow-up.
