Partnership Table for School Retention in Montréal
The school dropout problem affects all of society. On the Island of Montréal, public, private and community partners have joined forces to find new solutions to this problem. Centraide of Greater Montreal is a member of the Partnership Table. Its objectives are:
- to mobilize all stakeholders in the Montréal area who can exert a positive influence on young people;
- to encourage young people to stay in school and succeed academically, and to provide support for dropouts who are thinking of retuning to school;
- to improve dropout recovery services in the Montréal area.
